e-FRAG Gameservers offer extensive support via both our own in house staff and by the large gaming community that runs along side e-FRAG. As such, no matter how small or strange your question, there will always be someone available to help.

• 9AM - 10PM Monday to Friday
• 2PM - 12AM Saturday and Sunday

Live Support Our staff are more than happy to help you. Got some questions before buying your gameserver, or have some queries about your current contract? Talk to a support member live!
Ticket System Our staff constantly monitor the Helpdesk and Ticketing facility. In order to raise a call, please email support[@]e-frag.co.uk with your question/issues.
Gaming Forums Our community gaming forums are a great place to get some first hand help for your plugin or game. Simply create a post on there and someone will be sure to help you out! There are many hardend and experienced gamers in the community that would be happy to help. Please be aware that this is not an official support method.
