CoD5 set ui_showmap "0"

I've got -

set ui_show map "0"

in the config file (I don't want to show the map) but it's still showing the map when I connect. I'm not using Hardcore Mode. Can someone please explain the correct way to do this?

thats not the mini map u see in game, ill dig out the command u want and post it here for u

set scr_hardpoint_allowradar "1" choose 1 or 0

or

set scr_hardpoint_allowuav "1" choose 1 or 0

1 is turned on

0 is turned of (thats zero )
