CSS Server orderd but not online

hey i orderd and payed for a css server earlyer 2day and its not online or even in my account? i payed on a diffirent paypal can sum 1 have a look at this plz?

i have emailed about it also but no reply.

Hello Danny, as you may know there are some communication difficulty's at the moment, I also think there might be a glitch in the paypal system... I will bring it up with mike when I see him.

thanks for the reply the only problem is i have a cup game at 7 tonite thats why i got there server here for the instant set up

o well hopfully sum 1 will be lookin at it soon

just looked in my orders and it says its not payed yet it is payed i have paypal email saying it has ect plz can some1 do sumthing about this been waiting hours now.

ermmm still waitin i have emailed ages ago ect ect not even a admin has even said its being sorted or nothing wot has happen to e-frag? support use 2 be so fast now?

if i dont get a reply or the server online by 9 i would like a refund. ok ur paypal system isnt working with ur instant set up but come on it doesnt take 7 hours to put up a server.

still no reply wtf is going on? do i have 2 ring the support number for uh-hosting.co.uk or sumthing becus thats the paypal address from this website. seems there is no support here maybe ringin them will get sum answers becus this is shockin

That's what i am wondering mate. Seems like there are lots of problems lately and barely a word from support. A far cry from the e-frag support of the past

i have emailed uh-hosting.co.uk as i beleave efrag are part of them and thats where the paypal address from efrag leads 2 so see if they have anything 2 say

hello, sorry about my wait to get back, I have talked to mike and he is awaiting info. as there is a lot to fix...
as for support wise any servers that ARE running that need support I am sure I can situate temporary support.
as for payments not going though this is a known issue and being looked into
