Adding custom maps to a Counter Strike Source server

Sorry if im being a bit of an idiot (I definitely am), but how do i upload my tf2 map? Sorry im a bit of a noob this is my first server.

ftp if its a remote hosted gameserver, if its a one at your house copy and paste to the maps folder and edit the map rotations .cfg file to include the map or the server would ignore it...
