Default Review

not wanting to post any "slander" ect.
so I am just purely linking an external review site here:
GSP Report - Game server reviews, coupons, ratings, deals, top month list, news and information.

Seems that some serious pr work needs doing...

Mines there too. I would have left a neutral review if they weren't so tight about giving refunds. You brought this upon yourselves guys!

Careful - you might get this thread locked like a whole load of other threads in the 'feedback' forum - good here init!

Will feedback when I get a minute on the review site but don't think I could give a balanced view right now e-frag disappeared for a while a year or so ago, they were great. They came back and we've been with them since then but it's sad that such a great company has lost the trust of so many customers.

Think the new owners need to take a lesson in business and understand that it's proved that it's three times as hard to attract new customers as to keep the ones you've already got. Sadly I see this as the demise of e-frag and it's a shame because they used to have a great brand name.

This off-site review that can't be editted by admin on this site is looking good. How about someone with some authority commenting about the 'customer experience'. Surely there must be someone in e-frag who cares about how they are being viewed by their paying customers? (although most appear to be asking for refunds).

Think e-frag just don't care.

Regards
Mike

Our server is still restarting (from Friday), the website was down yesterday.

I must think of a really good Server name which will show what is going on. Let all the TF2 clans out there know our plight.

actually they have quite a bit of authority over external sites talking about the "E-Frag" brand name. They can legally force comments to be deleted or potentially sue the hoster as its causing "damage to the brand" for instance I cant run round screaming brand names sucks on my websites, other wise expect to fight to the death on wether that comment stays there.... its actually quite a big problem on twitter atm where celebrity's or big people with followers slag off a brand and the brand bites back and either sues (has already happened in states a bit) or "politely asks the person to retract the statement" or get twitter to do it for them... so just to point a lot of bots scan these sites so dont go too far and shoot your self in the foot

as for the server restarting, open a ticket or email chris, he is normally the quickest to solve things, like my teamspeak issue, he checked it rated is as the highest priority possible on ticket que and then forwarded me up the chain... who ever he forwarded to didn't reply so i got chris back on again and he very kindly resolved the issues for me and fought up my little corner while I was on holiday in germany on a very patchy wifi

just a point if anyone form m247 bothers reading this chris should get employee of the year and a bonus/pay rise/promotion and I would rate him ***** or **** in across the board. He actually seems to know what he is doing... and genuinely cares...

Wrong. Celebrities get sued because they have high influence. They also don't 'review' the companies, just say they are crap and won't buy there again.

A review is just that, a review. If an ex exployee of M247Ltd went and said this however:

"M247 is a load of rubbish, James cannot do his job and their credit rating is abismall", although true, it would count as slander, and this could be legally removed. However, the customers here are not employees, or ex employees of M247, and neither am I. We can therefore, pretty much post what we like.

I don't believe there is any law that states a review cannot be made, else magazines would be in lots of trouble. Nor is there any law that states reviews cannot be shared and spread around.
