Simple remove all the texture thats in the motd.txt file and replace with a valid link.
Although i wouldn't recommend doing donations in-game, if it requires a user to enter valid details, such as if you was donating through PayPal the text boxes would be locked.
I've tried this before for another reason and it didn't work.
