mutators
If I temporarily switch the server to another game (i.e. player slots on the KF server = 0) what will happen to my uploaded maps/mutators/config?

if you mean change your contract to run aniother server then just shut down your current server ( DO NOT DELETE IT ) and then add another server you can have upto 5 servers listed in your contract idle. I'm sure Mike or any of the other admin gods can explain it in more detail if required
